The lovely lady who cleaned my teeth for four years was replaced by a constantly changing cast of friendly women, which I accepted. The friendly receptionist was replaced by an emotionless, cold woman who sleeps alone. Well, everything was always somewhat financially driven; everyone has to decide that for themselves. But this constant rescheduling of appointments, multiple times in a row, is unacceptable. Sure, there are reasons, but for the last two years, this has been standard practice. Well, I'm out. If you can't make it, you immediately get a bill, but this woman who sleeps alone calls you two hours beforehand to cancel the appointment. Unbelievable! The day is planned, you take the train to work so your child has the car for the dentist appointment, and then it's canceled—and it happens regularly. Stay away from this practice; it's been ruined by staff turnover.“
